Poem 2

     This is a poem about home work.   I don’t think that doing or having homework is depressing.  I don’t think that anyone likes it really.  I do agree with homework being a deflated balloon.  It is also like the ice cream thing too.  Homework is not fun.  It kind of is like a bee sting.  I agree mostly with this poem.

Favorite Song

     My favorite song right now is Perfect by Ed Sheeran.  I like this song because it is a really nice song.  It is also very catchy.  I also like the theme of the song.  It also has a nice flow to it.  I like the way the lyrics go together.  I think that it has a good message to it.  Once again my favorite song is Perfect by Ed Sheeran.

Poem

     This poem reminds me of the ocean.  And the beach too.  It’s one of those poems that makes you feel more relaxed. It is a simple poem but it is really inspiring too.  You don’t have to think hard to understand it.  I really do like this poem.  Because it is just really simple.  And in general it’s just a nice poem.

Chicago History Project Update

     For my Chicago history project I am doing the Chicago Cubs.  They are a baseball team that play in Chicago Illinois.  The Chicago Cubs play at Wrigley Field.  They were formally known as the Chicago White Stockings.  They have had a few more names.  But today they are known as the Chicago Cubs.  They have played at Wrigley Field since 1914. That is over 100 years old.  The Chicago Cubs have recently won the World Series in 2016.

Fourth Quarter Goals

     Today is Friday and we are getting back our third quarter report cards.  I looked over my grades. I was pretty satisfied with my grades for third quarter.  I don’t think that I have to really improve on any classes.  But I’m not saying that I can’t improve on anything else.  I can still improve on other classes.  I think that my areas to improve are science. And social studies.

Spring Break

     Spring break for our school started at the end of the day on Thursday.  It honestly felt like a long time before break.  The assembly seemed entertaining but I wasn’t really able to see it.  For spring break we had 10 days. I read a few pages over the break but I didn’t read to much.  I wanted to almost finish my book.  Right now I am at page 136.  It has 195 pages in total so I am more than half way there.  Spring break felt pretty long this year.
